Ouch. You should leave that to a doctor. Plus, they will send it off to be checked.

Is it more like a skin flag or a mole? My son had moles under his nose that had to be surgically removed then set for testing... skin flags can bleed alot so really its not safe to remove them yourself... but they also can keep coming back... I would probably next time contact your doctor just to be sure everythings alright...
