Heart Attacks?!
Question: I have a friend, whom there is always something wrong with her. Her latest is that she had a heart attack. Said she had bad chest pains drove herself to hospital, the pains stopped before she even go there, but they kept her in the hospital for 1 week. She says there was no damage done to the heart, and none of their tests showed anything.
Doesn't a heart attack show "damage"?

Don't ruin it. Your friend enjoys ill health, and there's no point in trying to make sense out of it.
Of course, there's no way to diagnose a heart attack without some test showing something: EKG changes or at least a bump in serum troponin would be nice, but let her have her fun.
They don't show damage all the time. She probably did have a heart problem if they kept her that long. My brother had a heart attack and it took half of his heart but it did not show any damage on the x-rays. How about that? lol
