My hands are extermely dry i wash them constantly at home and at work?!

Question: and i have to because of my profession but what can i do to moisturize them like what is some really good lotion? really good lotion because they feel like crocodile skin and it drives me nuts and my 13 year old son noticed them the other day and he asked me what is wrong with them. they never used to be like this. i am turning 35 soon and i wondered if skin changes come with age possibly?

if you have a bath and body near you they have really good body cream...which is like lotion but more the cream is more moisturizing or try st. ives.. but id def. recommend bath and body.
