there isnt, your neighbor needs to see a doctor, plus they will need to completely disinfect their house while they are on medication. They will have to wash their bedding and everything EVERY DAY to reduce the chance of becomming reinfected.
Pin worms go away on their own and cause no damage to the body. There is no overthecounter "cure" that I know of. They will go away in a few weeks. There is no need to disinfect anything.
To help your neighbor,aloe vera juice taken twice daily, eat green salads, 5 drops of black walnut extract with half a cup of distilled water on an empty stomach 3x daily,grapefruit seed extract is very effective for destroying parasites, also 10 drops of extract in 2 quarts of water is good to wash vegetables remove any bacteria or parasites.Calendula ointment or witch hazel can be used to help relieve anal itching and irritation.Your neighbor will be OK.
