Answers: It depends upon the intensity and damage. Some people are just free within hours and some may take a week.
It all depends on the type of damage, medication, tests, & etc.
My Dad had a heart attack last year. It was also mild but through tests they found out that he had a lot of blockage in his arteries. They ended up putting a stent in the worse artery to unblock it. He was in the hospital for 4-5 days.
depends on what type of intervention, if any, was done. I have seen a person sent home 24 hours after treatment, but he was 35 and in otherwise great health. I would say most people are in the hospital at least a few days
Mild Heart attack I would say a night in the hospital , unless they decide to run more tests, as they sometimes do .
If they do an angiogram and discover serious disease requiring bypass surgery, about 9 days. That was my case.
With complications, it could be over a month.
So from 2 days up.
