Question: I have had bloody wet and dry boogars for the last 5 days and my nose is making strange noises like its pressurized. Anyone know what this is and if I need medication for it? I have some boogars that are 100% blood and all red. thanks!

I could mean that you have a dry nose. Try Vaseline and saline nose spray to moisturize it. If it hurts when you press under your eyes or over your eyes, then you might have a sinus infection. It's usually yellow though.
You might have an infection going on. Is that your only symptom? No sore throat or coughing, or sinus drip in the back of your throat? When you lightly touch both sides of the nose right below the eyes, does this area feel swollen or puffy, or hurt when you touch it? And do you have a fever? The blood could either be from an infection or simply from picking your nose. Go see a doctor if you answered YES to any of the questions I asked. Otherwise it could just be from allergies and over the counter sinus medication might work.
