Help me with my insomnia!?!


Question: Ok, typically, I'm a very knowledgeable (I like to think) person, but I'm stumped on this.

I have horrible insomnia! I do school sports all year round, on top of club volleyball, and I go to a very challenging school (not to mention choir, yearbook, and art) , so I'm active enough, but I can NEVER sleep. I'm anemic, but that's the only thing wrong with me, and usually that makes me tired. I only drink one glass of coffee in the morning and that's it for the day. I try to eat fruit and protien and go low on the carbs, what could be wrong? Could I just be born this way?

warm milk with a little vanilla. My mom used to make it for me. It was soothing. Create a peaceful environment. It is critical to sleep soundly. You must not have distractions ie tv, cell phone, ipod, radio, weird colored lights, etc.) Then lavender sleep system from Bath & Body store is nice, or the Healing Garden sleep system is cheaper at like Walgreens)-both can help relax the mind and body naturally.
