Am I at risk?!
Question: I eat alot of junk food, and fried foods on a daily basis...the last time i checked i had normal blood pressure...but does this mean that i also have normal cholesterol levels...and am i at risk of getting a heart attack or any other life threatening conditions...im 23 5'11 156lbs

You will not see the effects of your bad diet for maybe another 20-30 years, but eventually it gets you. Heredity has a lot to do with your risk-- if you have a family history of stroke, heart attack, other artery disease, better get religion now. Pack a lunch. You don't HAVE to eat junk foods.
Definitely when your age goes up. You will put on weight and gain fat around waist " truncal obesity ". Definitely you have to cut down junk food and keep exercising to avoid the middle age spread. Prevention being better than cure.
your weight seems weird , I mean you are 5 11 and only 156
pounds , that means you are a skinny weakling, the average weight for 5 11 should be 175 pounds , and I assume that you have no muscles. Also your diet will catch up to you and your metabolism will start making you fat from eating that ****.
In addition to the advice given by the other two, your risk factors greatly increase if you are a smoker or you have had a family member die of a heart attack at a young age.
