i think you are probrally allergic to something in your room becuase its only when you go to bed at night...
i suggest you try sleeping in a diffrent room and see if it still itches... or it can also be of stress my throat itches when im thinking to hard
If it is only at night, it is probably dust mite allergies. You need to wash all the bedding once a week in hot water and tumble dry it. Also you need a special cover for your pillow.
You could be allergic to something in your room,or it could be dust mites. If your room has alot of dust in it ((if you dont dust atleast once a week)) it could very well be dust mites.
However, it could be dry air, so try a humidifier.
