I was just diagnosed with breast cancer and yes I have a lump under my left arm with the same kind of pain that you described. I'm taking my first chemo treatment today. I would advise you to call your local health department to schedule a mammogram, they usually get in that week and if not go to the emergency room as I did. They refered me from there to a breast cancer place and i had a mammogram that next day. Don't wait to long because cancer is nothing to play with and if it is cancer know that it's not the end of the world. You can get through it like I'm doing with a good support system and a awesome God. Know that there's nothing to big for God. Just keep looking to the hills which cometh your help. Good luck.

just cause you found a lump doesnt mean its cancerous, but the best is to get check like your doing. They will run test and probably do biopsy and only then will the be able to say if cancerous after they get the results back. The lump may be in you lympnoids and thats y not in the breast itself. Take note if moves to different spot, size, or disappears

See if you can bump up the appointment a little bit. Meanwhile, don't be feeling the lump, trying to move it around, etc. It will most likely turn out to be something minor, but don't invite trouble. You may just have an infected lymph gland. Good luck!

I don't have health insurance either but am getting treated for breast cancer. there is always a way to get the help. you need to get tested now. the breast extends to the end of your arm so you better get checked out now. call the doctor and telll him you have a ache and it extends to the end of your arm and he will get you in right away. don't put this off. I was stage 3. there are 5 stages in breast cancer. this can also spread to other areas so call your doctor NOW.

It sounds like you could possibly have inflammation of a lymph node. Local pain, tenderness, and swelling are common symptoms.
As far as your breasts check for a dominant breast mass; bloody, brown or serous discharge from a nipple. I hope this all works out well for you! I'll be praying that it's just an inflammation of the lymph node.

Unless it is advanced it is usually just a painless lump but a painless lump doesn't mean that it's cancerous. Benign lumps are alot more common. Chances are since you are experiencing pain that it is something else. Perhaps a infection in your glands or something. Perhaps try to get an appoinment somewhere else to ease your mind.

More often than not people with breast cancer feel no pain at all. Usually their only symptom is finding a lump. Often those are found on a routine mammogram and the patient is not aware it is there. I have seen cases where the cancer has broken through the skin and the patient still feels no pain. Obviously what you are experiencing is not normal and you are doing the right thing by having it checked out, but try not to worry as without any tests there is no way to know what it is.

see the doctor and do biosy to find out wherethe the lump is cancerouse or not? and the biosy report will be ready after one week time. after the all ur doubt will be solve ! all the best !
