I have a birth mark that is very hard to hidee....can you help???!
Question: Okay. this might sound a little weird but I have a birthmark on my face. It is dead center and it is so embarrassing. I know it isnt a big deal but when people look at me, I feel like they always look at my birthmark. It is so annoying. Everytime I put some cover up on it, it comes off later. I am very stresssed out! I wish I could get surgery and get it removed! Any suggesstions? .....i would love some helpp! thanksss.

Whenever i have a blemish, this is what i do: After i use my foundation, i dab a little bit of mary kay concealer on it. I then use my powder, then i do a little more concealer and seal it with more powder. It sounds like a lot, but it really works and stays put pretty well. The secret is the mary kay, i haven't found anything that works as well as it does.
i would embrace it birth marks are what get people famous i have one on the side of my eye and i love it everyone says to me anyways birthmarks are so exotic and beautiful

your best bet is cover up, or try to wear a bronzer..this may help cover it or make it lighter than it is. good luck!
There are a few make ups out there that promote cover up that are supposed to stay on better than just Cover Girl or Maybelline. Look into Sheer Cover, Bare Escentuals/Minerals. There is also another counter at your local mall you could try to go to. I forget the name, but if you ask around the cosmetics area, I am sure they will know where to send you.

I am not sure what kind of birthmark you are speaking of as to shape, color, etc. However, take time to look around! People have all sorts of birthmarks and make no big deal of it. If it is a skin discoloration and that is it, then be creative and develop a fantastic story about it, something wild that is almost unbelievable, you know, this happened to me during birth because I had all the people praying I would be some sort of prince/princes......and it worked! or something like, can you imagine I have this birth mark on my face and all it does it detracts from both my physical and inner beauty...go figure. You have to be your strongest supporter. I think as you begin to notice others, you will find an amazing assortment of things people are ashamed of but decided to live with. One arm shorter than the other, on ear larger than the other, on eye different, hips on shoulders, etc.
We are all human and it is really what's inside that counts! A good person with a good personality can go further today that once thought. Begin to love you!
