Why does my foot keep oooozing pus?!

Question: About 2 months ago I stubbed my foot on a 2 x 4 board that had an unrusty nail hanging out, The nail went through my shoe and into my big toe riiping the toe nail in half down the middle ok? So, I ended up tearing off the toe nail completely, peroxided it yada yada bandage bam boom done!
Well about two weeks ago out of nowhere the new toe nail dries up falls off , The toe is now a blueish green from the base to the top and throbbing fiercly and yester day It started erupting a brownish pus , about a table spoon, I keep peroxiding it but about every 4 hours its draing again, I am noticing sorness in my ankle as well!
Anyone have a good home remedy?

Excellent for a recipe:

1 foor long hot dog on a foot long bun , add chili and top with 2 tbsp of the pus coming out of your toe and enjoy, Waste not want not

Go to the doctor's you have a serious infection. if it gets into your blood stream you can get very sick.

go to the doctor immediately. you are risking gangrene.

Go To hospital\ Dr's you have an infection that will spread. I don't want to scare you but you could lose your toe if you do not do so very quickly

go to the doctor. you have an infection. it could become much worse very quickly and lead to gangrene and the loss of your foot. the infection could rapidly spread to other parts of your body via the bloodstream. go to the doctor and they will prescribe the proper medication. do not play around with "home remedies" this is serious stuff.

It sounds like you have a serious infection going on in your foot. Loosing your new nail shows you your toe is not healthy, the color of the toe is a sign of serious infection and/or circulation problems, the throbbing feeling describes pressure from swelling and/or more pus, the pain in your ankle may mean the infection has gotten into your foot bones. The nail could have hit a bone in your toe when you stubbed it. If you have an infection in the bones and it is left untreated too long, you could lose your foot.

I would suggest going to the doctor as soon as possible. If your doctor can't see you today, you need to go to the ER.

Are you joking?? Go to the ER NOW! Besides possibly losing your foot, if this infection gets in your blood you could end up with an extended hospital stay or dead.

youm may need to have a tetnus shot, and check with a doctor to rule out psudomonas infection

No. The infection may involve bone. You need to go get checked by a doctor. From the description , this is not something you should treat at home.

UMM hello , havent you heard if you step on rusty metal you are supposed to go get a tetnaus shot. You probably got a severe blood and skin infection when the rust got introduced to your blood.. go to the doc.. they might have to amputate... what skin cells have died!

It sounds like you have gangrene! You need to go to the ER right now! It's an infection that *WILL* kill you if left untreated. It will get into your blood stream. The longer you wait, the more likely it is that they will have to amputate your foot. They'll probably give you a killer dosage of penicillin, too. You could die! So go now!
