You need to be seen by a doctor ASAP.....eye, ear, nose and throat infections can have severe and long term repercussions, please call either your primary health care provider or go to an urgent care center immediately.....an ear infection is NOT going to go away by itself.....and if left untreated can become an inner or middle ear infection, which is a major problem......CALL YOUR DOC!!

Sounds like it. Take a pain killer until you can get to the doctor and get some antibiotics. Or pour about 3 drops of sweet oil into your ear canal. This usually helps me.

Ear infections usually have a fever associated with them. There is usually HORRIBLE pain too. You may simply be congested which is causing pressure within your ears. Try taking an over the counter decongestant. Talk to your pharmacist about which one he/she would recommend. If this doesn't improve your symptoms or they get worse call your doctor and make an appointment.

Yes, see your doctor as soon as you can especially if you have pain in the ear. Try a decongestant to help unblock your sinuses as blocked sinuses may be the cause of the headache and stuffy feeling. Hope you feel better soon.

all these symptoms are signs of ear infections. Normally, some infections clear up on their own in a matter of 2-3days, without the use of antibiotics. But if the pain is so excruciating, it is very important you visit your doctor. Your ear infection is caused by your flu, sounds like this is more of sinus infection than an ear infection. If you snot is greenish I advice you to seek medical help asap. Call your doctor as soon as possible.
If you don't seem to have any "yucky" fluids coming out of your nose or mouth just take some rest, have some ginger tea with honey or lemon tea might help. Get plenty of sleep.
In the meantime, place a warm washcloth onto your ear to alleviate the pain. Take Zinc, beta-carotene, ascorbic acid and B vitamins to boost your immune system.
Good luck and please get some rest.
