I have to eat so often and I feel dizzy alot even when I'm sat down. If I get up in the night I feel so dizzy and nearly pass out.I'm ok for my height and weight, 5'4 and 119 pounds and 22 years old. Polyuria, polydipsia, polyphagia. The three P's of new onset diabetes.
Polyuria--increased urination.
Polydipsia--increased thirst
Polyphagia--increased hunger.

Orthostatic hypotension occurs when there is a difference in blood pressure from sitting up to standing up.

Go to a doctor and check your blood sugar. Stand up slowly.
In the meantime decrease your sugar intake, uncontrolled diabetes can lead a diabetic coma.

agree with BK

BK is right on target the three P's are early symptoms of diabetes, go see your doctor ASAP for a glucose tolerance test, don't put it off, juvenile diabetes or what is called type I diabetes can lead to serious ketoacidosis if left untreated, although this may not necessarily be your case, when in doubt is best to seek medical attention.

well you eat often but not enough and what do you eat? you know why you just don't want to admit.EAT. right food.

I have to also agree with BK. You're showing possible symptoms of diabetes or hypoglycemia. Go to your Dr and insist on a glucose tolerance test if they haven't tested you yet. Don't take no for an answer.

Try just calling Liberty.

If your not diabetic, get checked you have all the same symptoms I had when I was diagnosed. I use to get dizzy when I stood up or bent over. It took a couple of months after treating myself for diabetes, did all the symptoms clear up. It was awful being dizzy like that. I also had blurred vision. Please go to your family physician, I waited and ended up in ketoacidosis I was in a coma in intensive care for a week. I almost died.
