When you cut off circulation, you get a purple, blue and redish markings. It will take time to heal and return back the blood flow.
If your brother can move and function the bruised area, then he will be fine. Just make sure you don't do things like that to your brother again.
How long did you squeeze for? It is probably a bruise. If you are worried show your mom or dad or grandma someone. If it is simply a bruise it will only go away with time.
