Is panic disorder curable or treatable?!
Question: I have had it over 20 years and I am done with wasting my money and time on a cure. I don't feel there is one. Its a medical condition. As for being treatable, yes I can only take the benzos on bad days. I cannot tolerate many meds. A person has to consider the cost of meds. counseling, cbt, or whatever that could become months or years of trying to be cured when there isn't one. Those who have been cured we can only learn from them. Benzos will most likely be my plan possibly for life, with responsible use. They work, and we cannot be compared to an addict, we have a "disorder". After many tries we know what helps, and we need more understanding of this disorder.

It's treatable with meds, but for me it went away as I got older, about 20 years later and I hardly had any treatment before it went away. I took Valiums as needed for awhile which help and busbar once, and it helped.
For most people it's just managed and treated. It's difficult to cure mental health disorders. It's possible, but it takes a lot of work.
unfortunately, it is not curable it is only treatable..talk to your doctor about natural supplements that will help also
