I'm suppose to take a TB skin test?!
Question: is it expensive or extensive
Answers: is it expensive or extensive
It is no big deal, less trouble than an injection. You can often get a TB test at no cost from a public health department.
It's really simple. They use a shot to put a little bit of fluid in a small, eraser-sized bubble in your arm. A few days later, you have to go back again and get the doctor to read it and tell you if it's normal.
I can't speak much about cost, because whenever I've had it done, it was covered by insurance of some sort.
