That sounds like some kind of yeast infection, or stress related excema (sp?) I think your next stop is the doctor my dear! If you're loosing facial hair and the itching is still going then it's definately something that is persistent, probably under the skin rathe than on it.
My best advice is definately see a doctor - i'm no professional and so i can't give you a diagnosis, but it does sound like something that needs some medication :)
