Which spot cream should i ?!
Question: I keep getting spots, everytime i get rid of them they always come back. They only appear on my forehead and sometimes i get alot! I exfoliate every few days and i've used many products e.g. clean & clear, freederm and so on... Does anyone know how i can get rid of them and keep them away instead of them being there all the time? If so give me a cheapish product i can buy from boots!

drink alot of water... stay away from dairy... facial scrub and some nivea.
if you scrub your face it removes the dry skin stopping the pores getting blocked. nivea stops the skin getting dry.
dairy products thicken the oils that come out the skin. water thins them. drink lots of water!
holding it in when you need the toilet is bad for you aswell, oh and stay calm dont stress.
squeesing them puts more germs on your face, avoid anything in contact with your face, washing with soap is bad for spots aswell, use a tea tree based facial wash!
No spot creams! Use tea-tree oil that works the best and will kill the spot and reduce the redness til it's gone :D
I started this regimine a few months ago and so far its working great.I had mild but annoying acne arould my cheeks and forehead.The products required are inexpenisive and readily available.I have tried every acne product for the last ten years and this is the best treatment I have found to date..
