What is this on my neck?!

Question: i have had these black mole like things in my skin since i was born.... what are they?? there are like 4 varying in size, all on my neck... wat r they?

could be skin tags , they are actually small moles they are usually non cancerous , they can be removed by a physician under local anesthetic. I must stress if any mole darkens, changes shape texture etc , consult a physician immediatly as this may be the first sign of cancer at the site
