ACNE!!! plzz help i feel like crying...?!
Question: I feel like crying! I'm only 12 years old and i have bad acne on my face (everywhere) and on my back,chest,upper arms, and shoulders. I've had acne for like 2 and a half years now. I recently bought proactiv and its been doing NOTHING, its actually making my skin worse. Before that i tried acnefree for like 6 months, and it did ABSOLUTLY nothing. I also went to a dermetologist, and he gave me some medication that didnt help. I have tried everything, so dont tell me to buy clearisl or whatever because there is a 99.9% chance it wont work. What do i do????plzz help. Dont tell me im making a big deal out of it, you dont know what its like being 12 and teased because of this.

okay- you really aren't supposed to be on here asking questions b/c you are only 12 but since I've been there (not canada) I'll give you a few pointers.... Drink lots and lots of water and I'd try MyChelle (www.mychelleusa.com) this is the only thing that has EVER worked for me and I am almost 100% clear. It is slightly more expensive so talk to your parents first. There is a trial kit (for oily/acne skin) and it should last you about 2 or 3 weeks. You also may be able to find it at a health store near where you live. It is all natural and I didn't think it would work but a lady I work with who has great skin uses it and recommended it to me and here I am now telling you about it. It changed my life and I will never use anything else for my skin again!
ok try using Murad face mask, then wash off. nest use olay face scrubs. then use murad face pomegranite cleanser. then follow with the scrub again. then try an exfoliating creme or wash, preferablyt wash, another face scrub, another mask, and another wash. by the ed your skin will be soooooooo perfect. i did it too and it worked magic. u can get allof those things at sephora
use salycylic acid -your parents can buy it in the drug store. ask them to take you to a dermatologist.
Try Murad or Proactiv, I'm currently using Proactive and i have been using it since December, my face was pretty bad. My face is clear now except for a few brown spots which will go away in time. If you really want acne gone you have to commit to it. People say diet doesn't affect acne, but it does in some way. Try to stop eating so many greasy foods like fries and pizza, and eat more fruits like apples especially. Also, drink A LOT of water, water is good for your skin and helps clear out your system of oil and such. If you want try taking Vitamin E and Vitamin C pills, they are are good for your skin. And also try going to a place where they do facials, which also helps out, or try going to a dermatologist they can recommend something for you. Its really about commitment on how bad you want clear skin, i did all this and followed what Proactiv told me to do, and im on my way to clear skin. Good luck.

The best thing you can do is pray. I will pray for you right now the in Jesus name you are healed of this condition.
Ask your mom to bring you to a different dermatologist. My sister was having a problem and the medicine they gave her cleared it up. It may be the same medicine you are taking now but you may need a stronger dose. Maybe that medicine is not good for you. It may also be an allergic reaction to something.
