Can a doctor perscribe adderall?!


Question: I heard that they can't anymore. I heard only a psychiatrist can now. Do they do test to check ADD, or do I need to just tell him/her my symptoms. I really feel I had ADD, and I have taken Adderall before and it helps me so much with my grades.
