if i were u i would try to relax because 2 weeks ago my dads friend die from stress. he was under a lot of stress and he had a heart attack. im not trying to worry you or anything but i would just try to relax and not stress out about everything.
that pain in your chest might be your heart. its just under a little more pressure with your stress but its nothing big to worry about unless your under stress like that for a long time like a few months.

Sounds serious enough to me for you to get an immediate medicall check-up. Dont ignore these symptons. Good luck!

They won't put you into the hospital for that, although I'm sure sometimes you wish they would so you could just get away, if only for a few days. You have a lot of anxiety, and that would explain the difficulty breathing. Stress can also cause the aches and pains you've been feeling. When the stress of everyday life causes physical pain and emotional preoccupation, it could be helpful to get some counseling, which most insurance plans will cover. Your therapist would teach you how to cope and relax and it could be really helpful for you. I hope you feel better soon; I know how you feel.

Yes, some people can end up in the hosp. from stress. They end up working themselves up over something and their blood pressure rises to an unhealthy level. (It happened to someone I know) You just need to relax. Do some things to get rid of that stress.
