Question: Tylenol Head Congestion, Triaminic for Allegries, Equate Nasal Decongestant... i took the Tylenol about 30 Min ago, Equate about 5 min ago and the triaminic 3 min ago... im only 16 so i figured id ask some body who is smarter

hi, i don't think that taking medicines for nasal congestion is the right way to combat it. its not a big problem, as it can be cured with certain simple precautions like :
1. stay away from cold drinks and stuff like that
2. do not wear the same clothes again
3. steam is the best therapy to get rid of nasal congestion as it removes all the phlegm present
4. avoid milk, bananas and citrus fruits
5. try to drink warm water with a teaspoon of honey in it once a day
