Does anyone have a cure for 'bacne'?!

I had this problem a few years ago, so I know how big of a pain it is.
*Buy the Neutrogena body scrub with salicylic acid and use this every time you shower on your back.
*Clean and Clear blackhead controlling pads. Believe it or not, because of the environment in your back it develops a lot of blackheads so this will help not only "clean" your back but also medicate it.
*After swiping your back with a Clean and Clear pad, put some kind of acne medication on it. I was using Differen (I was getting it for free), but you can use an OTC one too.
Do the pad and the medication every night before bed and it should help clear it up in some time.
Remember that it all gets exacerbated with sweating, so try to wear cotton and shirts that are more loose fitting. Also try to shower (or at least clean off) soon after you work out or work up a sweat.
It takes some time, but soon you'll see results.
UGH! I have the exact same problem. All I do is put lots of astringent on it because believe it or not, my back is still dirty after showers! Also I use my face products on my back.
neutrogena has a body wash with salycilic acid in it. Thats what I use and it works really well
