I own a health and nutrition buriness and have taught fitness.
Your cholesterol is pretty good. Your LDL's could stand to be a little lower and your HDL's could stand to be a little higher - though both are in a pretty safe range right now. This does reflect, though, for your age, a diet that is probably a little too high in saturated fat. You want to look at eliminating most fried foods from your diet: French fries, onion rings, ice cream, fried meats such as fried chicken, and cut your red meats and go a little leaner with them. You also would benefit by going higher fiber in your diet: whole wheat bread instead of white bread, more red meated fish such as salmon, and adding things such as oat meal and oat bran to your diet. Going higher fiber will help this and you'll have more energy.
I'll let someone else tell you about the thyroid - not my area of expertise.
Your weight looks very safe for your height.

cheers u have a healthy cholesterol levels
total cholesterol Less than 200 mg/dL: Desirable..u have 138
hdl 62 Your HDL (Good) Cholesterol Level With HDL (good) cholesterol, higher levels are better. Low HDL cholesterol (less than 40 mg/dL for men, less than 50 mg/dL for women) puts you at higher risk for heart disease. In the average man, HDL cholesterol levels range from 40 to 50 mg/dL. In the average woman, they range from 50 to 60 mg/dL. An HDL cholesterol of 60 mg/dL or higher gives some protection against heart disease.
so u seem good in it too
Your LDL (Bad) Cholesterol Level

The lower your LDL cholesterol, the lower your risk of heart attack and stroke. In fact, it's a better gauge of risk than total blood cholesterol. In general, LDL levels fall into these categories:

LDL Cholesterol Levels

Less than 100 mg/dL
