dw i am going through the same things i got caught in a freak snow thing in london dnt wrap up 2 warm u suffercate drink lots of fluids also walk around a bit even though u dont wna try and continue ur normal day avoid meat n hv fresh food esp blackberries n oranges or alternatively multi vitamins

I've had it too about 2 weeks ago, but now can't get rid of coughing my guts up. It could take some getting rid of, go to the chemist and buy some flu remedies.
I have similar symptoms, although I call it a cold. My head is so blocked up I feel as if it might explode with the pressure.
Although we have the same symptoms, I believe you have the more serious, more fatal disease of "man flu"!!!!
oh yes i had the flu from hell started Christmas eve and thought i was dieing it lasted 7weeks and just more or less better now it went away for a week than came back even worse....i have never felt so ill in my life even antibiotics didn't work you have my deepest sympathy
