Question: she told me that she get it 2-3 years ago but it never go's away. she good for 2-5 mouths thin its back. she have the muscle weakness and fatigue that all she told me me about that. and can i still get it from her? is there anyway to care her?

most people have mono by the time they are teens. you have antibodies to it, meaning you have built up antibodies for it, so if you were to get it again (highly unlikely) your body would fight it off and as with any virus it will go dormant again.
for those with CEBV or Chronic Epstein Barr Virus (chronic mono) this means that the titers the doctors look at in her blood tests never go below what is considered normal. They are usually slightly elevated and then when a flare up hits, they sky rocket. their immune system wasn't able to fight the virus well enough to sustain it.
the best way to care for her is let her rest when she needs to and make sure she's not doing things to her body to supress her immune system further, ie, drinking, drugs and bad diet.
