Please help im prone to infection.?!
Question: After I got impetigo my immune system was drastically reduced. What can I do and if i need to take suplements which ones. (yes i wash my hands after anything i do)

im also 14 and immune suppressed as well.
i take fish oil and extra vitiman D every day
check with your doctor to see how much vitiman D you should have. Honestly I have to say, there's not much you can do. I just stay away from sick people. But if your immune system is going to be like this for the rest of your life then i would look at something called gamunex/immuno glaublen/ IVIG (sp?) it's an infution basicly made up of anti bodies. I get it every three weeks and its the main thing that keeps me healthy (most people get it every 4-6 weeks though). But talk to your doctor and a nutritionist. they'll know best!
vitamin c. zinc, garlic, definitely wash your hands, flu shot
Drink a lot of fluids (juice or water).
Take vitamin C
Rest , avoid stress
Good personal hygiene
