you didn't get pnuemonia over night, you aren't going to heal up over night. No instant fixes in this life. Take your meds, drink lots of fluids, focus on your health, school will still be there later.
Your body needs rest, nutrition, fluids, and antibiotics in order to heal. You should start feeling better by tomorrow. But rest now and worry about school later. You will catch up. If you go back to school too soon, you will take longer to recover fully and will feel run-down. Sorry, but I don't think results by tonight are a possibility.
I feel for you! My dr told me I can't work until Monday, and I'm already in trouble for missing work, but the note she wrote specifically not until Monday... so by law I can't be at work.. which SUCKS... but I hope you feel better
