Is there a cream that can stop scabs from forming?!

Question: No. Neosporin on a wound will help it heal faster with less scarring. A scab forms to protect the open tissue. Less of a scab forms if you put a bandage and neosporin on a wound.

idk but there is some that helps cuts heal faster

Use a lot of Neosporin and keep it covered with a bandage to keep it moist.

try shea butter, or coco butter cream to get rid of scars, or stop anything from forming

I have found that if you use an antibiotic cream and cover with a band aid that will keep a scab from forming. But will also keep natural healing from taking place.

A scab helps the cut to heal so why would they make something to stop them.

No
The scab forms to protect and help the healing process of a wound, If you pick the scab off it will leave a scar, and I have a scar on my knee to porve this!

Scabs are natures "Band-Aid". When the skin has been injured, it is the body's natural way of protecting the wound and to begin the healing process. I don't think you would not want a scab, otherwise you would have an open wound in which infection could set in. Of course the main thing is to lessen the scar that can happen after a scab has formed. Keep the area clean and moisturized and try not to scratch it, as it will only ensure a future scar.

Neosporin or Bacitracin.

i dont think so,but scabs are good, gross as they are.it's like your body starting to rebuild the skin, and keeping germs and stuff out.

you needs scabs, it's part of the skin-healing process.

There are plasters that help stop scars but that's all I know.

Triple antibiotic ointment seems to help get you healed without a bad scab. Neosporin is one of the brand name products that are just that.

Yes...Vaseline.

No. The scab forms naturally from your body's defence and repair mechanism. It does that because that's the only way it will heal.

The best thing you can do is keep the scab clean and dry as much as possible (obviously you still have to bathe!) and DON'T pick at it.

I'm a habitual picker and terrible with shaving cuts. I have a fair few marks on my legs now where cuts have taken months to heal because I keep removing the scab. Had one on my chin when I fell off my bike, and it fell off after 3 days of keeping it clean and dry and not touching it, and there was no mark at all!
