I have just got back from running, and im shaking and I feel sick, whats up with!


Question: yesterday i had a bit of a depressive episode and i think it physically effected me because today at college I couldnt eat anything and I just felt weird all day. I managed to go running for ten minutes and do some weightlifting though at the gym to try and take my mind off it. Its just now i feel really light-headed and ill and im shaking involuntarily, i dont know whats up

could be low blood sugar. you need to eat!!!! and/or drink something w/ some sugar.if you continue to feel weird, may consider going to the Dr.

Go see the medical people at school. Try to eat something even if it is a small amount try,And if you have something like gatoraid that might help too if you are maybe dehydrated from sweeting and not eating or drinking enough

Sounds like low sugar to me too. Throw back a soda, juice, candy, anything with some sugar....see if that helps. If not, I would check with the medical personnel at the school right away.

low glycemic index and dehydration. eat something (protein would be good...peanut butter...) and drink some water or even a sports drink
