Hey, Big Guy - Not trying to embarrass you, dude, but have you started going through puberty yet (getting some hair around your gear down there)!? If you've got some hair growth, and even if you don't, you're gonna start sweating down there more than you did last year about this time!. I'm sure it's not a newsflash for ya that puberty involves lots of physical changes, right!? Well, you (and nearly all the other boys you know) are gonna sweat more in your groin, in your armpits, and just about everywhere else, including the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet!. As sweat dries, even just a little bit of sweat, the residual salt can make your skin itch!. The hair growing in will also make your skin itch!. Due to increasing testosterone (every guy's normal male hormone that's responsible for deepening of your voice, body hair growth, muscle mass increases, and [sorry] acne), your skin is gonna produce more natural skin oil!. Hair follicles and increased growth of sweat and oil glands in your skin can cause the large number of white "bumps" that may seem to be "everywhere down there"!. Just don't over-wash your crotch with harsh soaps, especially if you're not circumcised (if you're still fortunate enough to still have your foreskin)!. The bumps should go away on their own, as will the itching, especially if you keep your groin area clean and dry!. In fact, you may even consider changing your underwear-of-choice to boxer shorts, if you're currently wearing briefs (they're kinda snug, and can retain moisture)!.

Genital herpes (HSV-2) is passed most commonly through direct skin-to-skin contact from an infected person to a non-infected person and the blisters usually show up at the point of contact!. If you've never had sex, I feel safe telling you that you, for sure, don't have genital herpes!. I also doubt, really strongly, that you have any other infection down there, much less a sexually transmitted disease (STD) or sexually transmitted illness (STI)!.

Big Guy, I have a feeling you're gonna see a lot (and I mean A LOT) of BIG changes, especially in your pants, over the next couple of years!. Just from the fact that you posted on this site (Yahoo Answers, that is) suggests that you're not afraid to look for answers to your questions!. Keep that attitude, dude - 'cuz there's no such thing as a stupid question, except for the questions that a person fails to ask at all!.

It sounds like you just may be developing normally for a guy your age!. Eat a healthy diet, stay active, and keep up with your schoolwork, dude (your question shows that you're articulate, and your vocabulary/spelling, not to mention your skill at typing, shines brightly above many other folks' submissions on Yahoo Answers) - you're starting on the path to adulthood!! Take care, Big Guy, and be healthy!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you shave it might be razor burn if not it could be pubic lice bites!. talk to your doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

K you say you have bumps everywhere!. You should probably tell your dad and have him see whats going on!. your only 12 and the only thing i can think of that you could be having being a young adult is Molluscum!. But talk to your parents and have them see what it is and if you need to go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
