Some sort of pimple outside of my nose on entrence.?!

i dont see a pimple or anything but redness, it hurts like directly above my lips on my left nostrol like on the bottom!.!. i tried a needle!. i made it bleed a little but it continued to still hurt!. it feels as if its being pressured or something!.!.!.

i dont know whats happening !. i just need to know how to cure this when i press on the outer rim of my nose it hurts!.!.(The entrence in my nose) its a bit hard to describe but all i can describe is that its outside of my nose where the air goes in of course if that helped lol but on the bottom side of my left nose!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
