You might have a fever, and have chills and sweats that vary during the day and night!. Sometimes the chest feels heavy, like there is a weight pushing down on it, and you might be coughing up phlegm!. You need to see a doctor ASAP, if so!. They can hear fluid in your lungs with a stethoscope, and take an x-ray to confirm it!. You don't want to take chances or wait it out!. Pneumonia can kill and needs to be treated!. It could also be bronchitis, which is not as serious but can develop into pneumonia!. In the meantime, get into the shower, run the water as hot as you can stand, and breath in the steam!.
