Question: Could i have a heart problem!?
blood pressures 120/78 and i've seen 2 doctors and had an ECG but being a hypochondriac i still keep thinking i have a heart problem : /

First off, your blood pressure is fine!.
Second, even if it were higher, it would probably be fine!. I've had pressure readings of 150/90 before that were caused by nothing more than white coat anxiety!. When I calmed down and left the doctors office my blood pressure went back down to a normal level!.
Blood pressure fluctuates based on what you're doing and what you're thinking!. If you're anxious it's going to go up!. If you're exercising it's going to go up!.
Blood pressure readings taken when you're calm and relaxed are the only ones you should go by!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
