So I am a 23 year old white male and I am a homosexual!. I had sexual relations with a well indowed black guy that I met at the club and now I am having pain in my anus and there are little round balls around my anus!. I'm really scared!. Sometimes it even hurts when I sit!. I just want to know what this is!. Is it an STD!? Is it something that I should be worried about or will it go away!?

Hey!! The best thing you can do is to speak to a doctor about this!. I know you may find this embarrassing but it is definitely better for you in the long run!. It actually sounds as though you have hemorrhoids, but only a doctor will be able to give you a proper diagnoses and the correct treatment!.

It might be an infection or an STD, so I think it's best to get it checked by a doctor before it gets any worse to avoid further trouble!.
