Dude - this ain't a tuff question, so you should be able to look up your homework questions by yourself!. But I'll try to help anyway!. For someone who has HIV or Hepatitis C (HCV), a viral load is a number representative of how much circulating HIV (or HCV) is in their bloodstream!. For example, when a person is first diagnosed with HIV, their viral load may be >750,000 copies/ml!. After initiation of medications, the viral load should go down and, in 3 months, be (example) 4200 copies/ml!. After 3 more months of treatment, you'd expect the VL to be >50 copies/ml (undetectable)!. Frequently, there are "blips" when the VL spikes and becomes detectable again, say, 120 copies/ml, but, as long as treatment continues, it quickly drops to >50 copies/ml (undetectable)!. To draw the graph, make the X-axis = time (diagnosis, three months, six months, nine months, two years, 30 months, etc!.) and the Y-axis = Viral Load!. Plot the points then connect them!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
