There are quite a few sources of calcium apart from dairy!. The issue is finding a source that you body will absorb!. Cows are big boned animals so just calcium like in milk or the suppliments put in fruit juice need vitamin D to help your body absorb them!.
You may be best to get calcium from suppliments that you can get from any heath store!.

having an allergy to dairy products is "lactose intolerance!." Lactose being milk and intolerance being!.!.!. well intolerant!. Anyway, a lot of orange juices have calcium added to them, such as Tropicana or Florida Natural!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
