Is my astha setting this off?!

Question: Is my astha setting this off!?
Okay, I'm sorry if this isn't explained properly as I don't really know how to properly describe how I'm feeling at the moment, which is ticking me off a bit!.

Okay, erm !.!.!. I've suffered with mild astha throughout my life but I've never had proper astha attacks or anything like that!. It's just occasionally I get out of breath!.

For the last couple of weeks since it's started getting warmer around here, I've noticed something not quite right !.!.!. I know I might sound a little dumb here, but it's like !.!.!. something in my throat !.!.!. interfering (sp!?) with my breathing !.!.!. I can only feel like I'm breathing properly when I'm taking deep big breaths!. But when I'm just trying to breath normally my breaths become much smaller !.!.!. But I can still breath, I haven't had any attacks!. Like there's something restricting!

If it helps, when I was eating some mash yesterday, when I swallowed it all, it still felt as though some was still stuck in my throat even though there wasn't !.!.!.!. I don't think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had mild asthma too until about 3 years ago when I grew out of it!. The change of season between hot and cold played hell with my asthma sometimes!. I'd have weeks where I couldn't stop coughing, take it easy, make sure you keep both your preventer and reliever pumps to hand, taking the preventer twice a day!. Soon your body will get used to the warmer weather!.

Hope this helped, good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
