I stink terribly under my armpits. doctor said to buy "certain dri"?!


Question: I stink terribly under my armpits!. doctor said to buy "certain dri"!?
I did and it worked a few months, but not anymore!. I feel so disgusting and dirty!. what could b wrong w/ me!? I sometimes have an odor 2 minutes after i bathe!. what is wrong w/ me!? Please help if this has happened 2 u!. I have been to several doctors and they basically have nothing to say!. Help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A poor diet will make your body produce a nasty odor!.

Eat more foods rich in both vitamin B12 and Zinc!.

ie ~ vitamin B12 ~ yeast, liver, eggs, kidneys, fish and cheese and skimmed milks!.

zinc ~ seafood, vegetables, whole grains and cereals, wheat germ, wheat bran, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds!.

Also eat more foods rich in vitamin B3 ie ~ fish, lean meats, whole wheat products, brewer's yeast, liver, eggs, roasted peanuts, the white meat of poultry, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes ?

Foods rich in vitamin B3 will also eliminate canker sores and often times bad breath too!. it will give you healthier looking skin, increase circulation and reduce high blood pressure and will help enormously in resolving nasty headaches & migraines!.!.!. !. It is necessary for a healthy nervous system and brain functions!.

Also, take a good quality digestive tablet before your meals to ensure efficient digestion as it sounds like perhaps you may have a low acid content in your tummy, which would hinder the digestive process!.

Foods rich in magnesium will help to resolve any digestive and body odor issues you have also!. magnesium is essential for healthy nerve and muscle functioning and for heart health !.!.!.!.!. it will also encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and thus aid in the digestive process!.

have your armpit hairs lasered off first!. and always wash with an anti-bacterial soap and not perfumed soaps!. fragrance can mask the odor but it can also add on to it!. use a deodorant but wash your armpit clean before you go to sleep so that the pores can "breath" and you body's natural bacteria can relax a little!. and you also have to relax yourself since stress can make you sweat too!. and avoid foods like garlic and onions or other pungent smelling foods!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Certain dry is an antiperspirant , not a deodorant!. Use dial anti bacterial deodorant soap for starters!. And go ahead and apply regular scented deodorants along with the certain dry!.
It is the bacteria that lives on the skin that causes body odor !. For some reason, bacteria seems to like some people more then others!. It may be your diet, make sure you are also getting enough water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
