Could be anything from angina to severe acid reflux!. I would take her to the ER!. Is is sharp pain, or a burning sensation!? Sharp pain means it could be heart related!. Burning is most likely heartburn but I would take her anyways!. Good Luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
She is wise for going to ER !. It could be a severe case of gas or indigestion, it could be a pulled muscle, it could be many things up to and including a heart attack!.
