First, you should wash the wound with soap and water!.
Then apply some topical antibiotic, like Bacitracin!. And cover it with a bandaid!.
Unless the kitten was foaming at the mouth or acting differently than what you would expect a "wild" kitten to act, I would just keep an eye on the wound, cleanse it and reapply the ointment twice daily, watch for red streaks, foul smelling or yellow or green drainage, fever!.
If those occur, see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it was a wild kitten and you can't watch it for the next 2 weeks, it would be a very good idea to have it checked on!. If it broke your skin and caused you to bleed, it would be mostly a concern of rabies!. A tetanus shot is good for up to 10 years!. Might be a good idea to at least give the ER a phone call and see what they recommend!. The 2 weeks, if the cat dies, you might have to have a series of shots in your stomach which hurts like heck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, cats and dogs aren't like people!. What keep people healthy are antibodies!. Cat's and Dog's have antibodies we don't have!. Thats why you don't see to many dogs with the flu!. If it's a wild cat then it hasn't had any vaccines so it could have a virus YOU don't have antibodies for!.

probably they carry alot of bacteria in their mouth and claws

YES you should be treated as soon as possible!. In the meantime clean tthe wound with water and soap!. Follow the instructions of the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You might need a tetanus shot!. I had to go to the ER when I got bit by a tiny mouse I thought I would pick up to show my grandson!. Stupid Huh!? The ER will take your bite seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
