At first I thought Chicken Pox but I think you would have spots in other places too!.

I recently had a break out in spots due to hormones, as I started taking the pill!. As you are only 17 it could also be hormone related, I use a facial scrub by St Aves for blemishes, simple face wash (green bottle) and clearasil face wash (It's in a clear bottle and it's blue), then of an evening I remove my make up, cleanse my face and apply freederm gel before I go to bed, obviously being a guy you might not want a facial routine but you should definitely try washing your face twice a day and the freederm gel really worked for me!. When I had a break out I tended to get them in certain areas too and the really big ones would be itchy!.

If you are really worried though, you should definitely see a doctor!. Your doctor would be able to help or maybe refer you to a specialist, my friend had terrible acne and her doctor put her on medication that really helped, so you should definitely see what your doctor says!.

BTW if you wanted to check out the freederm gel, it's about
