It may have not been a pimple, they all look the same sometimes, Wash area really good and keep an eye on it!. If it return DO NOT POP IT First put alchol on a cotton ball and lace it on the area and see if it goes way, you may get a little dry skin around it but it should help

squeeze it again with the tip of two q-tips cuz fingers seem to hold grease no matter what!. Also eye drops makes the redness go away!. Seriously, I saw it on tyra then I tried it and it worked!. Let it air dry so it'll form a scab thing!. They suck thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you just popped it, then put an astringent on it so that it wont get infected and spread your acne, then put a cold damp rag on top of it to close your poresWww@Answer-Health@Com
