They are both safe!. My father used the liquid oxygen (he had emphysema) because it was easier to carry around, he didn't care for the cylinders!. And it was easier for the equipment company!.
As long as it is medical oxygen, it is nearly 100% pure!. Liquid oxygen just refers to the storage capacity, by the time it's delivered to the patient it is a gas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
