Can someone have a heart attack a few years after bi pass surgery and live?!
Question: Can someone have a heart attack a few years after bi pass surgery and live!?
Answers:
Yes, they can!.
CABG (bypass surgery) only continues to work for them if the disease does not progress even further!.
If the disease does start to progress in the synthetic graft(s) placed and they are not getting regular cardiac check-ups, they could have a myocardial infarction (heart attack!.)
They most definitely could live, but time counts!
Not all heart attacks cause death but it is still very important to see ER care immediately to prevent long term damage to their health and/or death!.
