You'll probably have anesthesia administered by the dentist, who (IMHO) have no qualifications to treat heart problems!. They probably won't be looking at your heart, though, so even if you have a problem, they won't see it!.
That being said, PAC's are usually benign!.
To the answerer above, we don't use halothane any more!. It's SO last millennium!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardiac arrhythmia frequently occurs under general anesthesia!. It has been reported that cathecholamines increase the incidence of arrhythmia during anesthesia with halothane, which sensitizes the myocardium to the effects of cathecholamines!. We experienced epinephrine-induced cardiac arrhythmia during anesthesia with halothane due to the inadvertent use of a large dose of epinephrine to achieve hemostasis!. When the cardiac arrhythmia was noted by ECG, immediate tratment was performed and the result is summarized!.

Yes, problems can occur with anesthesia with these problems!.
MAKE SURE the anesthesiologist has a copy of the EKG or is aware of this problem!.
Dental anesthesia has way less risks than an anesthesia for operating room procedures!.
You should be fine but don't fool around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on what the arrhythmia is, the PAC's shouldn't be a problem!. Ask your doctor to look at the EKG!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Why would you not discuss this with your doctor instead of on a discussion forum!? Don't play around with medical issues!Www@Answer-Health@Com
