Question: My child had a fever all day yesterday and now has painful sores in his mouth, what is this!?
The sores are on the tip of the tongue and underneath!. I dont see any sores on the hands or feet, i thuoght that he had hand foot and mouth virus!.!.!. I swear this is it, he had this as a younger child before and the dr said you have to wait it out and there is nothing they can give the child!. Does this sound familiar to anyone!?!? thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

It might be coxsackie virus!.In that case there will be blisters in mouth with fever but no blisters anywhere else!.check with doctor so medicine will help to sooth sores!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your child has white spots on the inside of their mouth I would be thinking chickenpox!. See a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
