Answers:
This does fit a viral infection!. The MCH is insignificant!. The pressence of fever does not indicate viral or bacterial infection!. If the infection is advanced enough to affect your white blood cell counts it is certainly possible to experience fever, whether viral or bacterial!. You need to talk with your doctor!. You probably only have a portion of the test results!. We tend to run a higher fever as the day progresses!. So, it is quite possible for the fever to go away overnight!. There are many viral infections that can linger for some time mild symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably just have a viral induced fever!. Eosinophilic leukemia is pretty unlikely since neutrophils and eosinophils are in the same family of cells (i!.e!. granulocytes), and where you find one you tend to find the other!. If your neutrophil numbers are down\normal, your eosinophil numbers are probably down\normal too which means no eosniophilic leukemia!.

The reason it seems you have an infection is because your lymphocyte count is high, which is common in infections!. Neutrophils are very active in bacterial infections (they are responsible for puss) and since the neutrophils are in the normal\low range this means the infection is probably not bacterial!. This leaves viral, which fits with the fever!.

Anyhow, a fever of over 100 obviously means you have something, so if it persists be sure to continue seeing your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It means your white blood cell count is low, allowing infection!. Lymph's are high!. Mch is high!. Get a complete blood count done, you may have Chronic eosinophilic leukemia!. If you already know your blood count, (and you do), chances are you already know what you need to do!. Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
